Covenant Works Co. — Commercial Roofing & Construction
Commercial roofing & construction
Bonded · Insured · Prevailing wage compliant

The contractor
public agencies and
GCs trust on scope.

Most roofing subs can swing a hammer. Very few can handle the paperwork that gets them on the bid list — and keeps them there. Covenant Works Co. operates the full compliance stack: Davis-Bacon and Texas Chapter 2258 prevailing wage, certified payroll and WH-347 reporting, Form 1295 for Texas government contracts, performance and payment bonding, and COI with additional insured riders. We deliver roofing and exterior scopes across Texas as a qualified GC or experienced subcontractor — and we show up documentation-ready from day one.

About us
Built for the commercial job site

Covenant Works Co. is a commercial roofing and exterior construction company based in Lubbock, Texas. We were built specifically to serve the demands of public agency contracts, infrastructure projects, and large-scale commercial GC work — the jobs that require bonding, prevailing wage compliance, and documentation infrastructure most contractors can't provide.

Our team brings deep experience in public sector subcontracting across Texas — working with state agencies, municipal clients, and major general contractors on everything from municipal facility re-roofing to large industrial exterior scopes. We operate as a GC or sub depending on project structure, and we're organized to move fast when bid timelines are tight.

Lubbock-based. Texas-wide. Built to be on your bid list and show up ready.
